If the rating chart contained negative numbers, the ratings would be negative. Worst experience in a life time. Had two major water leaks in new 2019 F-150 before 5000 kilometres on it. Now the dealership won’t assure me that the truck is safe to drive. It was in the garage 55 days during the first 164 days that I owned it. It’s still sitting at the dealership and I’m still making my payments. So now I’m paying for a vehicle that neither Cabot Ford nor Ford of Canada officials will confirm if the truck is safe to drive. They won’t tell me what repairs have been done. All I know is they totally dismantled the interior to install new carpet, airbag and moon roof. I don’t know what else was damaged or replaced.

on December 6th 2017, I had my truck in for regular maintenance. There was a number of issues they addressed. one of those was brakes. whn I left the dealership it was clear to me that something was wrong with the truck. I could smell something burning and my fuel consumption jumped from around 15L per 100km to over 18 in just a couple of days. I had owned the truck for 4 years at that point, so I know something wasent right. I took it back on December 15 for them to look at it again. I was called and told the truck was find. I did not accept that, and asked them to check the brakes as it could be the issue. again, they said nothing was wrong and tat my increase fuel consumption was a result of winter driving. they must think I am an idoit.
fast forward to April 20th. I cannot go on any further driving the truck with the smell of buring, the noise coming from the wheel and increased fuel consumption. when it was checked, surprise, surprise, the caliper is seized. at this point the dealership tried to charge me for the brakes, which are normally covered under warranty, because the caliper caused the damage. well, the damage would not have been there if they had done their job in December when I asked them too.
next, both of these appointment required me to leave my truck at the dealership over the weekend because it was late I the day before the work was started. I dropped the truck off the day before, so I shouldn't have to wait that long to get service. when I asked why my truck was put off, I was told that customers who wait for their truck come fist. this is xxxxxxxx!! what is the point of making an appointment if you are not going to perform the work?
I have request that the service manager call me twice, but still no call. I guess it is not the service managers job to deal with service issues. I am very disappointed with the service.

On August 11 2017 I took my 2016 Ford Fusion to Marystown Ford with what turn out to be a cylinder head gasket gone now over a month later I still have no car ...they have given me every excuse in tha book why my car is not repaired....the car is schedule to go in tomorrow to be done...I'm waiting until noon tomorrow to she if the car is in if not my first stop is to the bank to stop payment on her and then I will be speaking to the media....this is the worst customer service I have ever encounter

Brought my wife's car to the service centre in Marystown cause it would not start. Made an appointment for 3 weeks after but left the car at the dealer incase they had an opening. 3 weeks passed and so did the appointment and never heard anything. So another week passed and my wife decided to call and check on her car. The service guy lied to her and told her the car was in the garage that day and moved back outside because something came up. I went to the dealer to check on the car and it was not moved from where I left it. We decided to leave it for another week, but still nothing. The car wasn't moved from where I put it. I had the car towed to a dealer in St. John's, which is 3 hours away. They put it in the garage immediately and in 4 hours had the problem solved. 2 weeks later I got a call from the Marystown dealer saying that we owe them for a bill. The service is absolutely non existent and they wanted to charge us for nothing.

have dealt with this dealer for quite a few years. Excellent service. very friendly and helpful. would definitely recommend to friends and will consider going back when we trade out vehicle.
