Worst service in Fredericton. They continued to make warranty work a nightmare. Never followed up and even damaged my carbon the lot. I understand things happen, but I never even recieved an apology. I will never buy a KIA again. And I've was a 2 time customer.

Purchased a second hand 2011 Kia Sportage 3 years ago from Kia and have never been happier! We have bought many vechiles over the years (unfortunately usually out of town as could never get a great deal locally) but this one time I hit the jackpot! My service with Kia goes beyond any service we have received elsewhere....from the sales department, to the service centre, to the mechanics, paint crew but mostly from Jacques Duguay the manager himself! Jacques is truly a customer service kind of man....he has gone above and beyond for me! When he says it will get done he holds true to his word! I would highly recommend Bayside Kia to anyone, and I would not hesitate to purchase my next vechile from them! Once again Thank You for everything you have done for me over the years and continue to do.....so very happy that in this day of "sell sell sell" that after the sale is completed and the time comes for service they are there...no questions asked! BUYER BEWARE!!! - Disapointed Daughter
My elderly father and mother purchased a car from Port City Kia. My father didn't want to purchase unless the loan could be insured. He wanted to make sure the loan would be paid in the event something happened to him. He didn't want my mother to be stuck with the loan if he were to die. They assured him they could do this. He was skeptical this was possible because of their age. So... He asked on 3 separate occasions before they signed the papers to ensure this was possible and each time they assured him his loan would be insured. 3 months after purchasing the car he recieved a letter from IA Financial that he does not qualify because of his age. He called the car dealership to ask about the letter and is told the salesman and business manager no longer work there. They say they are sorry but there is nothing they can do to help him. BUYER BEWARE!!!
