We purchased a used EV. Our salesperson told us we would get a rebate. They never said with who our how the rebate was determined. As the seller, providing a link to or even the name of who provides the rebate would have been extremely appreciated so we could see beforehand if we qualified and not just be told that we would get one, which we didn't. They are the sellers, they have knowledge of the rebate, it would have been nice to know this before the purchase. So incredibly disappointed at the misleading transaction and we won't be going back there.

I had questions about my ev so they told me to bring it in for service.. couldn't answer the question so charged me for a service call! Saint John figured it out in 5 mins free of charge. When I went back to the Fredericton dealer The new service manager was rude and tried to hide the fact he didn't know anything by being dismissive, arrogant and making things up in front of a waiting room full of customers...who left in embarrassment. Shop foreman was a decent guy and the salesman were good otherwise this rating would have been a zero.
