I've been a 30-year customer of Rallye Hyundai, and have just bought my fifth vehicle, a Kona, and no complaints about service other than your rapid change of specialists over the last 4 years or so whether in sales, parts, or service maintenance. Was assisted in this purchase by Mo (Mohamed), an excellent sales person, knowledgeable, friendly, and just a pleasure to deal with. Great follow-up service from him as well. Also was well attended by Allison in finance, all paperwork processed quickly and efficiently. Nothing to do with this current purchase, but just a mention of Nattalia, service advisor, pleasant, competent, has all the necessary stuff to make service visits work..

We purchased a used EV. Our salesperson told us we would get a rebate. They never said with who our how the rebate was determined. As the seller, providing a link to or even the name of who provides the rebate would have been extremely appreciated so we could see beforehand if we qualified and not just be told that we would get one, which we didn't. They are the sellers, they have knowledge of the rebate, it would have been nice to know this before the purchase. So incredibly disappointed at the misleading transaction and we won't be going back there.

I bought my pre owned Hyundai Elentra sport in April 2023. I started having problems witth the performance in June 2023, witch resulted in a coil replacement and a oil change. The car was running good until April 2024. Brought the car to be looked at and have an oil change. The mecanic suggested I bring the car to Bayside Hyundai which I did. I received the news that the engine needed to be replaced. the car had just over 71 000km when I bought it and currently has 72 186km. I requested that the engine be replace and never had a call back with a quote. I contacted Hyundai Canada and I was told nothing could be done. It's been a back fort between Bayside Kia, Bayside Hyundai and Hyundai Canada which I was informed that nothing could be done. It was my first Hyundai and I can guarantee it will be my last. I have been off work since this happend as I need a dependable vehicule. Now I'm left with car payments on a car that I can't drive. Now I have to consider quiting my job or file for brankruptcy I becaude I can't afford 2 car payments. My experience with my Hyundai Elentra was far from a good one and I surely will not recommend anyone to buy a Hyundai. This has caused me nothing but stress and fustration. How can this happen when the maintenance was always done on this vehicule. No solutions was ever offered by Bayside Hyundai or Hyundai Canada. This has been nothing but a nightmare and I'm beyond fustrated. I'm at a point where I want to go publicitly in order to prevent this from happening to someone else. A very unsatisfied and fustrated customer
