I booked online with Joe Yetman and he made all the arrangements.
A early arrival teamed me with Krista McCullough who provided a good plan as well as some alternative arrangements. We quickly came to the best solution with the least cost.
A Uber ride home and back was arranged and when my Passat was ready to roll, Brandon Vail, the service manager answered all my questions about the storage of my winter tires and several other other details.
I am so impressed with the professional conduct that was shown and the way my , sometimes simple questions were patiently answered.
