I went to the dealership looking for advice on removing fresh asphalt tar from the lower door panel. A service advisor told me to try claybar that was available at Canadian Tire. I did so but was unsuccessful in using a Simonize product. I returned to Winnipeg Hyundai to again seek advice and this time Jennifer Henderson actually came out to my vehicle in the parking lot, got down on the pavement and demonstrated how to use a claybar product along with a glass cleaner which was different than the Simonize product. Great customer service, initiative and pleasant demeanour.

This is in regards to the service department. We had brought our 2007 Santa Fe in for repairs required by a safety recall. The safety recall was for the leaky valve cover that drips on the alternator. At the time of the service I had requested the install some additional components that I had provided. When they told me the vehicle was ready, it turned out they only installed some of the components. There was no explanation as to why they didn’t install the remaining components and I ended up having to do that myself afterwards. To top it off, less than a year later the valve cover was leaking again. I tried to bring the vehicle back in, hoping they would take responsibility for the failed work but all they did was provide excuses of what else it could be and how much they wanted to charge me. Needless to say, I did not take it back to them. Fast forward several years later, Hyundai Canada issued a letter stating that the prescribed repair for the leaking valve cover was in effective and they are currently working on developing a new repair procedure. I don’t know how long it will take, but I will not be taking my vehicle back to Murray Hyundai for repairs. They have lost my confidence. We have since been taking our Santa Fe in to Kal tire for repairs who have much better customer service. They take responsibility for their work unlike Murray Hyundai.

This was the worst experience. I dealt with Julia Gordo-Molteni and had a horrible experience. She doesn't return calls or follow up on items she has promised. She is dishonest and lies to cover up her mistakes. She said things were done that hadn't been.
She lied about sending reports to MPI on my behalf and she became very rude and argumentative when questioned about the discrepancies of what she had texted and what was the truth.
I have zero trust in her ability to represent a client and would never deal with them again as a result. She needs to find a new career where customer service and honesty doesn't matter....

Awesome work that Forman Collision customer service was incredible I was booked in next Thursday but they were able to squeeze me in and was very polite to me and was informed well before it was ready for pickup and cleaned my car perfectly I recommend. This place when you have moi claim
