We had to have our motor replaced in our Santa Fe due to a defect in the motor and Hyundai covered the cost. Best Hyundai service experience in Winnipeg! I needed a repair on my Hyundai Tucson and the first dealership I called said they could not make me an appointment for 5 weeks! The second dealershi I needed a repair on my Hyundai Tucson and the first dealership I called said they could not make me an appointment for 5 weeks! The second dealership was 4 weeks and then when I contacted Birchwood Hyundai they got me in the next day and were able to repair it the same day, the gentleman Chris who helped me was great. I do not live anywhere near Birchwood Hyundai but will absolutely be seeing them for all my servicing going forward. More

This dealership skirts around rather abundant issue of their vehicles losing oil. After they claimed our vehicle had "lost all of its oil" in a month (Oil changed in March, taken to dealership in April) t their vehicles losing oil. After they claimed our vehicle had "lost all of its oil" in a month (Oil changed in March, taken to dealership in April) they had us pay them to perform another oil change and participate in a Oil Consumption Analysis Test. A month later, we came in and magically the vehicle had only lost "0.7 Litres" as they claim. They topped it up. Fast forward another month and the vehicle had lost the same amount from March to April. The vehicle is losing approx 1.46mL/km, and somehow they tried to claim that amount as lower. Very shady things happening here. More
Outstanding service by Jason Caron and Birchwood Hyundai team. I purchased my vehicle form Birchwood but was getting it serviced at the south end of the city where I live. I actually returned to Birchwood and stayed because of the excellent service department. You can tell that Jason loves his job as he is very dedicated, and he goes above and beyond for the customer.
