I am very surprised at the one-star reviews, and suspect they are "fake news" written by a rival garage. I have happily dealt with Harvest for 25 years, both sales and (mostly) service. They are never anything other than friendly, helpful and transparent. I'm always advised if any significant repairs or replacements are needed, and work is done promptly and well. I have always felt the price charged is very reasonable. Always a ride home, vehicle pick-up or drop-off, or courtesy car is available if needed. Over my long experience with Harvest there's been nothing remotely like the "incidents" described in the negative reviews, which is why I suspect them of being phony.

Called around to find out prices for an all-point inspection as we are about to be taking our vehicle on a long road trip and wanted to make sure everything was in tip-top shape and Jim Gauthier was the most affordably priced at $144.00 for an all-point inspection and oil change. I thought wow, what a great deal. Just dropped it off and said that they are going to charge us an extra $160 to check the engine separately. Nobody could have told us that on the phone? Hidden costs are extremely shameful as I could have gotten a better deal just down the road and from now on, that is who is getting my business. Getting business through dishonesty is so shady.

CJOB does not come in clearly on the radio of my 2019 Outback and never has. As the warranty is near expiry I took it in and asked to have it repaired. After a 4 hour service they said they re-set the radio and it would work. I did not drive a block without noticing it was not fixed. After several stories they advise it is a "latent defect" and Subaru will not fix the problem because it happens on a lot of the same cars and they do not know how. I bought a car with a expensive radio and did not know the manufacturer and dealer would leave me with a product that does not work because they do not know how to fix it? Remember this before you buy a Subaru!

Bought a new Forester in the fall of 2022. Very disappointed in the quality of the vehicle with less than 17000kms. Block heater was not functioning, sway bar bushings have failed, subaru starlink unit had to be replaced (requiring several visits) and now the tailgate is rusting. Both the dealership and subaru canada have refused to deal with this issue. I have always owned Toyotas and Hondas and have never had this many issues, or rust of any kind. Very disappointed with the quality of the vehicle and the dealership/warranty even though they claim its a fantastic and comprehensive warranty.

Looked at purchasing a vehicle from them. Wow, do they ever pressure you. Then you'll go home and get harassed by their "neutral third party" who NEEDS an update from you but can't just ask the salesman. (Also, a 'neutral third party' who works at Murray... not so 'neutral' if you ask me...) Everything there was sloppy. Can't do this because they don't know how busy the service department will be. Can't do that because another bad excuse. Seems like they just want you to make a bad deal and be stuck with them forever. Biggest joke was that all the salesmen crowded the TV watching NFL and then paraded around the showroom when a team scored a touchdown... Not a great place to buy a vehicle but great if you need to watch the game but Triple B's is full.

Worst dealership i had ever had to work with. Service department pads time and $$ on parts. I inquired if a problem would be covered by warranty and received Yes. I set an appointment and took time off work brought the the truck in, asked again if this was covered by warranty and was told yes agian. Just to go home and get a call in 30 min that it is not covered and i would have to pay. Probably hoping that i would agree to pay. A different dealership has taken care of the same problem for me for free. Talked to mangers and didnt no even hear attempt to apologize but some sorry excuses. This dealership is a highway robber praying on unsuspected. I would not go back even if this would be the last car dealer on Earth.

Transmission oil flush and a winterize for truck - veron

I paid for a Transmission oil flush and a winterize on my 2010 chev silverado LTZ. The gave me a bill for $541.26. This was on November 4, 2016. Soon as I got my vehicle back there was no heat. They did not put radiator coolant in the radiator and reservoir. I took my truck back for them to top it up. Which they should of done in the first place. Then on Jan. 26, 2017 I took my truck to Prince Albert to the Great Canadian Oil change for an oil change. Here they tell me that my truck requires a Transmission service. I thought they were pulling my leg. Either they were lying to me or Murray GM did not do the Transmission oil flush. I took my vehicle to get a second opinion from another dealer and they said there was no transmission oil flush and my transmission oil is dirty. So now, I take back my vehicle to Murray Gm and they want me to pay them again for another transmission oil flush! These guys are big ripoffs. DO NOT TAKE YOUR Vehicles there. Warning you. They burned me numerous times.

Brought a truck in for a safety. They failed the rear brake shoes and drums. I ordered new parts, figuring they weren't trying to screw me, although the rear brakes were less than 3 years old. When I went to replace them, the original brake parts showed next to NO wear and are within spec for a safety. So I ordered parts I didn't need to change. Definitely a "make work" shop. Brought my truck somewhere else. Passed the safety. Now I have rear brake parts for sale.
