If I could give zero, I would, the finance manager Gary is very poor at getting back to his clients. The lack of customer service in that place is horrific. I was asked retain more information to get a loan approved, once I had the information, I contacted him several times, to no avail. I stopped by the dealership to give him the info, only to find out the vehicle I had put a deposit on, they sold. We were in the middle of a deal and they sell the vehicle? xxx.... No wonder he never got back to me. I find this to be a horiphic way to do business. They clearly at this place have no idea what customer service is. I feel Gary did not work hard for me as a brand new client, and gave me none to very little reasoning or time. Shame on you Volvo Surrey for not making it right for a potentially new client. So unprofessional

This review is a long time coming. Eliah Marthyman was the perfect salesman- helpful and efficient -when I was buying my 2007 Subaru. I was under pressure time wise to buy a car and he exceeded himself to organize everything with minimum hassle so I could be on my way home in a new car! Thank you Eliah!

When we first moved to Canada in 2015 we took our car to a place in Kamloops since it was closer and hopefully cheaper than a dealership. We have gone to Kelowna Volvo ever since. They are friendly, helpful, and speedy. They drive us to a mall or anywhere else we want to go and come pick us up when they are finished with our car. The work they have done on our car has been excellent and we have only praise for this company.

Wasting of my time to have two time visits. The dealer was not professional and pushed to sign the deal. Very unsatisfied. First time I was there on time, but the dealer was busy. Second time I was there on time, but waited another 30minutes. And when we hesitated to make a decision. The dealer said “ are you here for having a fun?” This word made us to turn around. I will never come back to deal with this dealer. He was emotional and not professional.

We are happy with the service and sales team. They went above and beyond to make the deal work. On their advice we purchased the extended warranty and are very glad as we had to use it 6 months after purchase.
