Each and every time, whether it’s a small issue or not, Darko and his team are always there to help me with knowledge, expertise, honesty, integrity and respect.

We have been going to this dealership for my partner's car servicing for many years now. They're expensive, but I always felt that I could trust their work. This all changed when they returned my car with a damaged component. At first, my service advisor Gregory did not even acknowledge the break, which was obvious as soon as I saw the car. When I questioned him about it, he did everything in his power not to take any ownership for what happened. Eventually, Gregory told me he would refund me for part of the cost of the replacement. It has been over 6 months now since the repair, and I have yet to get my refund or any info about its status. I have talked to several staff members, including Dina and Isabella, all who promise to talk to the service manager Robert but then never call me back. This has happened several times now. I'm not sure how to proceed at this point. I don't like having to mention any names or leave negative reviews, but nobody at this dealership is owning up to my promised refund. The lack of accountability and professionalism is seriously shocking.
To anybody reading this, I sincerely hope you reconsider getting your car serviced here.

The JP Scion’s Service Department is awesome!! I took my Subaru BRZ (mechanically identical to the Scion FR-S) in for an oil change today. The service techs notice rodent droppings in the engine bay (I park outside, no choice), and clean the entire engine bay for me free of charge. I was very happily surprise when I got home, popped the hood, and noticed how sparking clean the engine bay is. I did not expect them to do that. That is service way above and beyond my expectations. The prices are also very reasonable, much, much less than what Don Docksteader Subaru charged me for the same oil change. I also appreciate the free ride Downtown. Thanks JP Scion, you’ve earned yourself a repeat customer.

I recently had my vehicle service at Mercedes Nanaimo. I live out of Nanaimo, approx. 50km away. On the day before my scheduled service, I found out wasn't able to drive the next day. I phoned the service department. One of their employees (Dave in Parts) offered to come to my home, drive my car in for servicing, and return it that evening. Never had such great, appreciated service.
Needless to say, highly recommend this team of great people!

I had an amazing experience with this dealership today.
I had lost my wheel lock and didn’t realize until I was at the tire store getting my winter tires installed. I checked the GPS and headed to the closest MB and hoped for the best that they could help me.
The tire store owner told me “good luck, we’ll see you in a month after they have to order you a new key and/or charge you $500”.
I was so lucky to JOHNSON HA, the Parts Manager. When I told him my situation he said “no problem” and asked a young co-worker of his to get the wheel lock set snd go out and help this gentleman. The young worker quickly found which key I needed and told Johnson. Johnson asked the young guy to remove my existing locks and install a new set of wheel locks that he had in stock. He then told me to grab a coffee and read a few minutes. Within 10-15 minutes it was all done and I was out the door for just over $100.
This was one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had and I was so impressed with Johnson’s can-do attitude and willingness to help me. I’ve had my mercedes for 8 years and been to another MB dealership many times. Not there the other MB service was bad, but I’ve never received such quick action and honest service. There was no hint of upselling, or making an appointment with Service Dept. etc.
If these two guys are any indication of the kind of team they have at MB Surrey, they must have a truly amazing team.

Worst service ever. They stained my car and tried to blame everything on me. It was terrible to pay a service package and get things worst from them. I will say they are the worst dealer in Vancouver.
Top notch service and the prices were very reasonable - exhausted guy
My car was leaking gasoline, this is a very serious problem. I made an appointment and brought my
car in. The service centre was extremely busy but the staff were quick and professional and I was only
waiting a few minutes before one of the service specialists was dealing with my cars problem. They told
me the part had to come from Toronto and would take a week, but four days later my car was fixed and
back on the road. I'd like to thank Glen Steabner and all the staff for the great service!
