I recently had my vehicle service at Mercedes Nanaimo. I live out of Nanaimo, approx. 50km away. On the day before my scheduled service, I found out wasn't able to drive the next day. I phoned the service department. One of their employees (Dave in Parts) offered to come to my home, drive my car in for servicing, and return it that evening. Never had such great, appreciated service.
Needless to say, highly recommend this team of great people!

This dealership doesn’t care about their customers. They don’t provide the service, care or attention that would warrant any reason for anyone to give them your hard earned money. Their team does not provide any form of customer service, their manager hides behind his desk and for the amount they do charge, it’s laughable to even fathom how little you receive for what you pay for. Premium, luxury brand should cost more but it also means that this dealership should also provide at least a bit of professionalism and service.

The JP Scion’s Service Department is awesome!! I took my Subaru BRZ (mechanically identical to the Scion FR-S) in for an oil change today. The service techs notice rodent droppings in the engine bay (I park outside, no choice), and clean the entire engine bay for me free of charge. I was very happily surprise when I got home, popped the hood, and noticed how sparking clean the engine bay is. I did not expect them to do that. That is service way above and beyond my expectations. The prices are also very reasonable, much, much less than what Don Docksteader Subaru charged me for the same oil change. I also appreciate the free ride Downtown. Thanks JP Scion, you’ve earned yourself a repeat customer.

I went in last week and was ignored. Not only was I ignored but when I asked for service I was told the wait would be at least 90 minutes, meanwhile others were served as they walked in.
I could have been there to buy a car and they coulda cared less.
I wouldn't spend any money at this place. It's clear that unless you are of a certain race you will be looked down upon and ignored.
They won't be getting any business form me and I made sure I let everyone I know what had happened at this sad excuse for a dealer

My car was leaking gasoline, this is a very serious problem. I made an appointment and brought my
car in. The service centre was extremely busy but the staff were quick and professional and I was only
waiting a few minutes before one of the service specialists was dealing with my cars problem. They told
me the part had to come from Toronto and would take a week, but four days later my car was fixed and
back on the road. I'd like to thank Glen Steabner and all the staff for the great service!
