Every time, I took my car in for repair, I was very satisfied with their service and customer service. Mr. Derek Rutter, Body Shop manager provides great customer service and care at personal level. I called the office and explained an issue with my car and was told to bring it in. He provided great estimate for the repair and my car was ready to be picked up the next day. They are very committed in their work and very reliable.

For the last few visits at Village Honda, my Service Advisor has been Aidan McIntaggart. I am truly impressed at his handling of my car issues at those instances. I have never before had a service advisor that is so technically knowledgeable. To add to that, the listening skills, customer service attitude, personable demeanor, pleasant and courteous mannerism, attention to detail, follow-up and closing – it is difficult to find the blend of all those qualities in the correct balance that Aidan possesses indeed. He made sure that I was fully satisfied before I left their service shop each time. He takes the time to explain about the different details of the service performed on my car and why they were necessary rather than just straight-facedly quoting/reading those out of the work-ticket. And at the closing, I do not feel ‘pressurized’ into making further commitments for a future service event; just a sincere reminder for only the crucial service events is what I am given – just the way I prefer it to be. Hope he is going to be my dedicated service advisor for the next little while… also, wishing him all the best.

Bought a used car from Okotoks Honda last year - our sales person touted the wonderful 'free' oil changes we would be receiving including picking up the vehicle and returning it - no mention of the fact that we had to pay for the oil change if we did not do all of the recommended service! What a scam! When I booked the oil change - also no mention of this little catch - apparently it is in the fine print of the contract. Terrible service - misleading - I expect an apology and a refund!@

Terrible experience getting service. Supposed to get free oil changes for as long as I own my vehicle. No funny business, no fine print, no mileage limitations, no extra service required. That was my contract and agreement. To get it in writing, already they start their scam, their squeezing. I finally got a slip of paper....don't worry, our service department will be there. No way. They resist heavily when you go in for your FREE oil change. I've tried to address the issue, they just stonewall...squeeze a little more. Last time the idiot general sales manager makes a ridiculous point about how services cost money. Ridiculous. Then the crybaby runs away, didn't listen to a word. Even worse, moron service manager Derek. Just a straight lying, cheating xxxxxx. As dumb as he is greasy. Doesn't listen to my agreement, just stonewalls. Does nothing for me. Dealership typical liars. They don't honor agreements. Derek the Moron tells me free oil changes don't make good business sense. Yeah, I guess you would've preferred not to make that deal....but you did! And I'm going to buy 25 more cars in my life. Now it will never be Honda and not from this cheating dealership. Does that make good business sense you idiots? Terrible scammers, nothing more.

About 5 years ago, I had my car serviced at T&T and on the multi-point inspection it was noted that my battery was fine (given a green pass assessment)...the car wouldn't start in their parking lot after the servicing due to a dead battery. They forgot to actually look at the battery. They installed a battery at cost with no labor charge.
Fast forward to July 2019, they gave my battery a 'green' assessment during their multi-point inspection. A few days ago, my battery died as did my starter. I put on 10 000 km/yr as this is not my primary vehicle. Starters can die without warning. Batteries usually give a little bit if notice they are on their way out.
The battery cables were excessively corroded too. None of these notes appeared in the July report.
I had to buy a new battery and cables elsewhere as I have lost complete confidence in T&T .
Future buyers, please be aware that when you get a multi-point inspection on your vehicle, you may not be getting the complete truth. If they miss the basics such as a battery analysis, multiple timesz what else are they overlooking?
And, I wish you the best of success in trying to actually get a straight answer from a service advisor within a reasonable amount of time.
The battery was so corroded it would have been obvious if anyone touched them to do a battery inspection.

I have dealt with SHerwood Park Honda for over 8 years. They have done all of the service work on my Ridgeline and our daughter also bought a 2014 Honda Civic. The staff are professional, courteous and we are treated more like family, rather than customers. As far as service, my advisor Jon Mills is very knowledgeable and attentive to my budget, while ensuring we are driving a safe vehicle. A recent experience with a battery problem was handled by Carolyn the Service Manager. I cannot say enough good things about the dealership. A family run business that goes the extra mile to meet the needs of their customers, be it sales, parts or service.

Very upset. Told service dept what was wrong with headlight they said they fixed last year still wasn’t working. My passenger side washer fluid wasn’t working. When they called to say pick up car as was ready paid only to find out didn’t fix anything just did a diagnostic for $110 dollars to let me know what was wrong.

Rear tires on new CR-V FWD wore out in only 20,000 K. Had to replace at Honda Dealer in Arizona. They found serious alignment problem was cause. Took Arizona Dealer's alignment report and pictures of tires to Go Honda. They would not even discuss. If you are considering buying from this Dealer just accept there will be no after sale service - even on a new vehicle! Worst Dealership imaginable.

The service department is superior. Ziad, Shannon and Dean are always so approachable and very friendly. The service department really helped me out last week. I was sitting in my car for about an hour with the radio on and talking on the phone. The battery died and it was soon time for me to pick up my son. I was close to Honda so they quickly came to me and boosted my car. This is so appreciated! Thank you.

The service is incredible.
I had my front driver-side redone after I was side-swiped (which was all great) and then there was a bad shake when I drove above 100k. I took it back in and they got it into the shop immediately. It turned out it was just dirt buildup but they cleaned it up, re-balanced the tires, adjusted the alignment, and corrected tire pressure. Oh, and my window had come off the guides (not related to the accident) and they put it back on. All of it for free. These guys stand by their work and really seemed to care.

Don't look for another shop-this is the one if you want a great experience! Call them, you won't be disappointed! They do top notch work from estimating to repair -this team knows the industry and the level of expectation for their work. You won't find better satisfaction around town.
