Quick & Efficient I originally came into the dealership to get my scheduled service done. As I was waiting I happened to browse the new vehicles & sales that were going on. I have (had) 2013 Ford Edge SEL 41,000 kms. But was a bit nervous with the warranty coming to an end. I also saw the 1,000.- off for Costco members ... well this salesman came along and literally RAN around to get me exactly what I wanted & more. From salesman, finance, sales manager, service staff, reception and detaile - they were ALL EXCELLENT. I would definitely recommend this dealership ... ( my 3rd vehicle from them ). terrible customer service, would never buy a car from them. my experience at zender ford was terrible, i made an appointment for 11:00am, and arrived at 11:10, the salesman i had made my appointment with (Sean) my experience at zender ford was terrible, i made an appointment for 11:00am, and arrived at 11:10, the salesman i had made my appointment with (Sean) was not even there, and did not show up until 20 minutes later, when he did show up he was rude and dismissive, and eventually deemed me not worth his time, and sent me on the test drive with his shift partner.
