Excellent service I just leased a new car at Yorkdale VW. This is my 3rd VW in a row! I was happy with my 2013 Tiguan and was even happier with the excellent service I have received over the years. Raquel and the other service people are wonderful and have been over the 7 years I have been leasing cars at VW Yorkdale. The service at Yorkdale VW is actually the main reason I stuck with VW again. My salesman was Artur and he can't be beat! He made everything easy and I was in my new car before i knew it. He took the time to explain everything about the lease and how to use all the bells and whistles of my new car. I also love the location of this dealership. If you do have to wait foe service, you can stay and be very comfortable in the clean and modern show room and have a coffee on the house, but I like to take the dealership shuttle to Yorkdale or walk over to Costco while I wait! More

I could have forgiven the glacial pace at which the lease transfer process took, but what really irked me was Giovanni's willingness to lie right to my face to get me to sign the agreement. The dealership had originally committed to a particular price for the lease transfer, but changed it on us without our knowledge and informed us only at the time of transfer. I brought up the original agreement, as well as the documentation for it, and Giovanni assured us that there wouldn't be any issues and that following the lease transfer we would receive a rebate for the difference. When following up and asking about the rebate, Jonathan (who was also helping with the transfer) and Giovanni pretended that the conversation never took place. So yeah, blatantly lied to my face to get me to sign. More
Just bought my Tiguan a week ago I am so very pleased with this new car. It drives really smoothly and is very comfortable. My sales person Artur was extremely helpful and Giovanni I am so very pleased with this new car. It drives really smoothly and is very comfortable. However, I was extremely disappointed in my experience from this specific dealership. The salesperson's name was Gary Watson, and from the very start to finish, he exhibited a rude unprofessional attitude. While I was discussing about negotiations of the car, he sarcastically asked me 'how he's supposed to earn money' when all I did was ask if the dealership can omit forcing me to buy all the unnecessary extra stuff like tire warranty and etc (stuff that are OFFERED as an extra in other dealerships, not forced to buy). Long story short, do not go to this dealership, and if you really have to, at least avoid the salesperson called Gary Watson. More

When I called back again to make the appointment the lady was so rude to me that I decided to got to the Sherway location instead. The Sherway location has always served me quickly with kindness and respect. I was so annoyed when I got off the phone with the Yorkdale location. Business can be done elsewhere. Worst service ever!! I don't normaly write reviews, but I am so disappointed in the service I have recived. I bought a used Jetta, and apparently my front brake calipers were not tight. One of the bolts fell off and the caliper was touching my rim as I was driving. Making an extremely long story short, I am dealing with a better qualified dealership. As to my knowledge a female mechanic worked on my vehicle (at Yorkdale Vw) Not to be discriminating but i as a female trust a male automotive technician rather that a female due to this life threatening reason now! Don Vally vw is a way better dealership if your looking for a vdub. Save your self some time and your life and go elsewhere. Cheers people! Don't go through what I've gone through More

I think that the car wasn't properly inspected and it was let go out of the l In 2013 I purchased a Jetta at Yorkdale VW and it was a problem for me. I think that the car wasn't properly inspected and it was let go out of the lot with faulty brakes as it wouldn't stop at times. It turned out that was a some broken pin and I had to go back a few times because they kept on changing things like the master cylinder etc. I just wanted to change the car for anther one and even offered more money to get rid of this one, called VW Canada and in the end I just had to accept a new car with a break repair right out of the lot.. I wasn't given anything for the troubles I endured but on the positive side the car was fixed. More
They are bold and change their words I had this experience with pre-owned department. Poor quality product, difficult to deal with, poor listening I bought a new 2013 Volkswagon Passat from the Yorkdale Volkswagon dealership at 600 Wilson Avenue in Toronto. 3 months after I bought the car it star I bought a new 2013 Volkswagon Passat from the Yorkdale Volkswagon dealership at 600 Wilson Avenue in Toronto. 3 months after I bought the car it started to make really loud noises constantly and especially while braking and a rattling sound. Also the heater knob jumps automatically to high when it is turned to the second setting. I have complained multiple times to the dealership and they told me that the sounds the car was making was normal and they have not fixed it for me. The car is till under warranty and they have refused to fix the problem or even to admit that there was a problem. I would not have expected a brand new car to have problems. And the problems with the car keep getting worse! I would like the media's help to expose the dealership for their poor business practices. More
