Best service and integrity I had a 2 year old Jetta to trade in after a lease and I really wanted to own a car. My previous VW dealer was not listening when she kept taking me o I had a 2 year old Jetta to trade in after a lease and I really wanted to own a car. My previous VW dealer was not listening when she kept taking me out in brand new 2018 models. I wanted a used car to suit me budget. After several futile visits there I drove into Yorkdale VW. I met George. What a relief! He listened and showed me a few options. However there was one he really thought would suit my needs but it was out at the time. I came back another day, no George, I was shown another car but not my choice. A few days later George called the car was in for me to see. I drove it around and just LOVED IT! George was very patient and explained all details. It was all pretty quick and painless and within days I was proud owner of a 2014 Jetta with heated seats, sunroof and more... plus service is fabulous and I get to come back and have car washed anytime. Absolutely brilliant! Thank you George for a great experience. I would recommend you and Yorkdale VW in a heartbeat. More
