Two hour wait for a simple tire replacement Tore a tire on my Golf R - just two weeks old. Ordered a tire and made an appt to get it changed - a very simple procedure. After 50 minutes was asking about the status. Service rep told me they were understaffed...sorry but I need to know when I reserved a spot for service that the fix is going to last way longer than any reasonable person would expect. Was frustrated, told him to not bother with the wash and let me out of there. Told him I would not be back. I have had other cars serviced by dealers. Here the quality control was poor and shocking. Won't name the employee as I feel this was an example of the culture of this department. I was noticeably frustrated and can only assume this is not uncommon. More
