Incompetent and inexperience workers I’ve been dealing with yorkdale Volkswagen for the last 4 years when I had a problem with my BRAND NEW 2015 VW gtI.It started on October 2016 when my I’ve been dealing with yorkdale Volkswagen for the last 4 years when I had a problem with my BRAND NEW 2015 VW gtI.It started on October 2016 when my car lose power, stalled and won’t start back up. I had it towed to yorkdale VW because it was the closes dealer. They diagnose it as the high fuel pressure pump that was bad. Luckily it was under warranty. Worked fine for about 20000km when the problem Occurred again. Towed it back to Yorkdale VW and they diagnose it again has a faulty high pressure fuel pump again. Once again, luckily it was covered under warranty. Worked fine again for about 20000km and it happened again, now at 84000km not under warranty anymore. I’ve spoken to many Vw specialist and they said it is unheard of for the high fuel pressure pump to go out this many time. I towed it back to Yorkdale VW to tell them that they didn’t fix it the first two times and it’s clearly not the high fuel pressure pump that caused it and you need to put it back under warranty. They told me my warranty is over and I would have to pay to get it fixed, A problem that should’ve been fixed the first time under warranty. I allow them to diagnose it once again for them to tell me they could not Reenact the problem so we can do anything about it after I told them you need to drive the car for over five minutes for it to to stall but they only drove it around the block. I told the service desk that the car will die if I drive the car home right now and that it would be unsafe, he basically shrugged his shoulders and says we don’t know that. I didn’t want to go with their inexperience mechanics so I took My car to a Private mechanic who specialize in Volkswagen which the car did stall on the Way there in the middle of traffic.I told him what happened and even they said it is unheard of for the high fuel pressure pump to go out that many times. It’s been three weeks and they can figure what’s causing These problems. They are calling my car a ghost problem. I do not recommend anybody go to Yorkdale Volkswagen for service because they are very rude and inexperience mechanics. More

Every time I come to the dealer for service I also go to parts department to buy different things. The service i am getting in the parts department is outstandig. The person which i want to mention in special is Phuoc Tran which gives me a wonderfull service,very professional and polite. He knows his stuff and there are no problems getting what i am looking for. I also got a very good service from the Parts Mgr who was also very professional and right to the point. People like Phuoc and the entire team from Parts Dept. supervised by the Parts Dept. Mgr.( sorry I did not get his name) retains the customers which is good for the dealer's business and reputation. At the end nice touch the car is washed.!!!!!!!---Not many dealers are doing this unfortunatelly. This is the main reason why I service my car at Yorkdale VW.
