Have been going to the dealership since purchase in 2018. Recently advised that battery may need to be changed which could be 1000$ if replacing with an original or 500$ with a smaller more modern one. Called and requested further information multiple times (5 times)- I believe I got what seems have been an AI autoresponse ito 4 requests. Called and spoke to pleasant service person who assured me I would hear from the person who made the service comments but have not had a callback. Very disgruntled and unsatisfied. More

Was told the price of the service was $365. 00 +taxes. Cost was $ 1,200.00 + taxes. Service manager Tony the Service Manager was not truthful in his estimate over the phone.
