John Thank you for the review and all of your comments and I am sorry for any confusion regarding the rotation. I am a bit of an old dog (started in dealerships in 1983) so have been around for a lot of changes and one of them is tire rotation. There is a difference in what type of tires are on the vehicle and even if a rear wheel drive versus a front wheel drive and that is what determines the way a rotation is now done. Your vehicle is equipped with directional tires........and for those there are to be rotated front to back. Non directional tires can still done in a cross pattern, but very few of those are still in market today.....that is why the GM store and our advisers relayed that to you. Janet Thank you for taking the time to post and relay your experience. The actual review takes several days to go live and part of that reason is to allow a dealer a chance to see what they did wrong and try to resolve. I always reply personally so am doing so now. 1st and foremost I am sorry for the inconvenience. I am not sure why parts came in wrong but I am having them pull the work order to see the history and why this occurred. I received a call and was offered a compensation for the inconvenience. I don't usually leave complains and comments. I just don't ever come back if I'm not happy with the service. I experienced for 15 years to work in a company who believes that delivering 100% customer service is one of the top priority, and I recognize a great deal of customer service if I see one. After being skeptical due to confidentiality in giving my VIN #, just to get the right size of the parts, due to confidentiality, I was just surprised that when I got the first quote regarding the price for the auto parts I ordered. The price(+ $124.00) of the installation was more than the price if the auto parts(+$115) + tax. Labour was more expensive than the auto parts??? And was just disappointed when I came back to pick up the car and they were not able to install it due to "some technical errors". Well, after George called me up and offered compensation for the inconvenience, I may need to reschedule the installation during my non working and non schooling hours. But thanks to your prompt reply.

Went back and have the parts installed. Some of your staff have good customer service except for one particular person who assisted me. My first visit was skeptically bad experience. The black guy who assisted me was very nice and helpful. Was just disappointed for the parts not installed. The second I came back was a justifiable confirmation that I am not coming back to your location. Trust is earned from the first visit and that justifies if your customer wants to keep coming back. Unfortunately, you have staff who may have woke up in the wrong side of the bed and unfortunately brought it to work and not ready to deliver the customer service that was expected. Rapport and trust was not met and built during the first 2 visit. I didn't came back because of the free installation compensation, it's giving another chance to check if I can entrust my vehicle to keep coming back to your location to continue my business for my car maintenance. Unfortunately, that wasn't met. The manager who came early morning was pleasant and nice. But the second man (must be George? with a bald head) gave me the unpleasant early morning experience. Again, I don't usually complain and give feedback. If I observe that I cannot entrust my car to the auto mechanic technicians, what the point of going back? I might as well and go somewhere else than that location. I want to do business with open minded, sincere, and trustworthy people who I can entrust my car for service and maintenance since I'm a paying customer. It's better to trust those people who come to work who love their job coz sincerity and love for their job reflects in their work. As compared to people who just come to work because of pay check they get from working that job.
