He was very knowledgeable, and there was absolutely no sales pressure during our conversation. I had many questions about the Mazda 3 that I was interested in, and Ali was able to provide all the answers to my satisfaction. We agreed on a fair price, and I ultimately purchased the car. When we brought our daughter in to pick up the vehicle (her first car), Ali made sure it was spotless. He even went as far as putting balloons on it, and when he brought it out for her, she was really blown away......what a great touch! I would definitely recommend Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda, especially Ali to any friends or family looking for a new or used vehicle. I had an awesome experience with the staff and simply adore this car so far. Khalil was my sales rep. Khalil displayed great professionalism and customer service which was supported by the great customer service I received from the other staff. While I was waiting for the repairs to finish on my Mazda 5, several people recommended the Mazda 3. I have to agree. The Mazda 3 is great value with many features I expected to see in more expensive cars. It is also comfortable, very stylish, great on gas usage, and easy to drive. Good place to have your Mazda serviced!!! I was purchasing an Used Mazda 3 from a UCDA Dealer that had bought the Mazda 3 at an auction. Even though the Dealer was selling the car certified wi I was purchasing an Used Mazda 3 from a UCDA Dealer that had bought the Mazda 3 at an auction. Even though the Dealer was selling the car certified with Safety & E-Tested, plus 2yrs warranty, I wanted to have a fresh pair, preferably a pair of Mazda-certified eyes check the car. So I called them, told them about my situation, and they recommended the $105 plus taxes 50-point inspection, and made an appointment for me. I was running a bit late (about 15 mins. behind schdeule) stuck in traffic in the midst of a snow-squall, and a guy from Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda called me asking if I was coming in or needed to re-schedule. I told him I'm running late, and he re-scheduled an appointment 30 mins. after my original appointment, giving me ample time to drive over safely in the conditions. This was the best $120 (approximately after taxes) I spent. The car had a few extra niggles than the ones I already knew from the dealer. Also got some pretty good off-the-record man-to-man advice being a first time a Mazda/Mazda 3 owner. More

WE Are Parts!! We don't Give You Good Service.. One day go's by, Two days go's by, four days no part and seven days I go in, " uh... the part is on back order we can give you your money back" Yes we know we have held your money for seven days now.. No we don't call people that's for the service department to call people, we are not in service we are in Parts "( Truth be told Service department is not in Service ether ).. In fact if you didn't tell us your name we would not even know or care who you are.... let me write your name on this scrap of paper, ah yes and your phone # ..... I'll looking into it Ok, it should be another day or so.. I will call you, if I remember ..have a nice day Wow.. if you can.. don't, DON'T let this happen to you. this is my second time, SAME part on the left side Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda does not value their customer and systems are not in place to tracks and or alerts their team that there maybe a problem which I sure there are many.
