When i arrived, the first thing i was told was that there was "no way" they'd given me the car for the price range I had submitted. Both my wife and I took personal days off of work to make the trip out--all under false pretences in what I can only imagine was the manager's hope that we would impulsively disregard our budget and give him the price he was looking for. Not an honest, or professional way to deal with customers. More

There is some pressure to purchase rust proofing and a warranty so I suggest doing your research beforehand to help you decide if you need these. More

Booked a service/winter tire change 2 weeks in advance but.. I booked a service and winter tire chance two weeks in advance for my 2017 CX-5 and I show up (30 min drive from downtown Toronto, and it's the close I booked a service and winter tire chance two weeks in advance for my 2017 CX-5 and I show up (30 min drive from downtown Toronto, and it's the closet one) and the guy sitting at the service desk that seemed to have developed his customer service skills from the Academy of "Meh, Don't Both Me" told me that I didn't book a service, only a tire change and the tire change would take 2 hours. Um, I booked the service at the same time I booked the tire change, and TWO HOURS for a tire change when I already took the morning off work to do this and booked two weeks in advance. Are you joking? He couldn't have cared less. The first time I went here for a service took a long time as well, and there was no mention of it. These experiences have made me regret buying a Mazda. It's like a relationship, so get at the beginning (buying the car.) but as soon as you move in together... BOOM, all goes to xxxx. Do not move in with this deanship, whatever you do. More

On both occasions, the dealership has, by far, offered me and my family the best price and service. I have made friends with Das, Manpreet and Sham who treated my family and I like family. Outstanding service! Highly recommended! We dealt with Ali and Sham during our process of buying a certified second hand red Mazda CX-5. They were really patient with us (we waited a few weeks while they got new stuff in stock), didn't force/push us in any direction, answered all our questions, gave us a really competitive price, were transparent with us about price and options, and ultimately aimed to please at every step of the way. We never had to wait around long for them to help us out. You can tell they were taking the long view - that it wasn't just selling a vehicle ASAP - they wanted us as long term Mazda customers, and for us to continue returning there for service. I returned the day after the purchase with a concern and Ali committed to addressing it right away. We were actually looking around at a number of dealerships, assuming Mazda dealerships are all above board, only to discover that is not the case. We actually nearly bought a car at 401/Dixie Mazda - until we pulled out due to really unsavory practices. (misled us about price, made us wait for hours, added extra fees, and they ultimately retracted an offer they had made to us, and refunded our deposit.) Quick and easy used car purchasee I had been looking for a CX-5 for awhile so I felt I had a good idea of values. I had contacted Yorkdale regarding a vehicle in their stock which wasn I had been looking for a CX-5 for awhile so I felt I had a good idea of values. I had contacted Yorkdale regarding a vehicle in their stock which wasn't quite what i was looking for but Ali told me of another vehicle coming in within a week that sounded good. The price he told me over the phone seemed really good so I said I would take it upon inspection. Like I said I felt the price was really good so I was skeptical that that would be the price when I got there. When I arrived Ali passed me on to Almit who was very straight forward and helpful. The price was as stated, no hidden fees, no pressure just a simple, straight forward process. I was very happy with the process and would recommend the dealership to friends. More
