I have been with Mazda since 2014 and one of the worst experience I had at this dealership was with the sales team. They are liars, didn't honor their commitments, don't care about the customers, and just experience I had at this dealership was with the sales team. They are liars, didn't honor their commitments, don't care about the customers, and just want to fulfill their sales targets. I booked a CX-50 at this dealership in June 2022 and was promised by Carlos that the car will be delivered within 1 to 3 months as long as I am open to any color. I had to cancel my order after 7 months wait, because as per the assistant manager Adam, they are not sure how long it will take them to deliver a car; the dealership and @MazdaCanada will not honor the rate on interest which was given to me at the time of booking. On a side note, one of the salespeople at this dealership sold and delivered the CX-50 in 2 weeks to a customer. Lost my trust in Mazda because of the sales team of this dealership. Never going back to this dealership and will not even recommend it to my friends and family. More

Recently purchased a new CX5 here and the process couldn't have been easier. The dealership took the time to explain everything thoroughly Conor was fantastic so so knowledgeable and a true professio couldn't have been easier. I do have to wait a short while for my vehicle to come which is no fault of the dealership in these current times but Conor made the experience so memorable. I went for a mazda cx5, the sales people where not only hard to negotiate with, but also where trying to get all the documents from BUYING MAZDA. I went for a mazda cx5, the sales people where not only hard to negotiate with, but also where trying to get all the documents from me as possible like drivers licence, credit card, current cars registration. They will try to make you sign on a blank sheet written with your offer. DONT SIGN ON ANYTHING. when they offered me a price i was not comfortable with, i told them to give a single day to make sure of my financial status as i am committing to a 50000 dollor car. They literally started threatening me with the offers from my side saying that i have signed on it making it a legal document also refusing to hand me over my documents like drivers licence. Lying to my face saying that i have signed a legal document(a paper with my offer written on it) which they manipulated me into signing. The general manager was so disrespectful to us when we said we are uncomfortable with them threatening us and want to leave. I have been to other Mazda showrooms have bought Mazda cars for my friends, but this was an experience I never want to have Please stay away and don't sign anything with out being sure. More
