Hamid is a well versed pleasant sales rep. In addition to his people skills, Mazda cx 5 offers enough to beat competitors. Hamid skillfully turned our 'cash' purchase into 0% 48mo, which appears to be better decision. Hamid's follow-up phone call (three days after) also left nice impression. Things to improve: 1 more attention to tech features that beat competitors(show us anti theft etching device) 2 more time to show those features(take us to hw401 and show blind spot monitor) 3 offer more free/reduced price interior/exterior accessories Finally, my wife likes this car. Our experience with Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda began on a Friday evening with a casual outing to a car dealership to compare prices between new and used vehicles. After a brief walk around lot we met with B Friday evening with a casual outing to a car dealership to compare prices between new and used vehicles. After a brief walk around lot we met with Bobby, who gave us some valuable insight on the Madza 3 sport in which we were at the time not interested in purchasing. Since it was a Friday evening Bobby recommended that we make an appointment to return during the day whenever was suitable for us. So we returned the following Friday during the afternoon. During this time we entered the dealership with set intentions of receiving a quote and basic information of the Mazda 3 sport. Having made this clear to Bobby on entry, there was no rush to purchase a vehicle and the experience was quite pleasant overall. Receiving nothing more than a quote on the final price of the Mazda 3 and a tour of some of the main features the car offered, we left the dealership on a happy note without the pressured feeling of having to rush into a purchase. After a weekend of thought we decided to return to Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda on the following Tuesday with intentions of purchasing the Mazda 3 Sport GX with convenience package included (if the price was right). The negotiation was a pleasant experience with the usual back and forth between sales rep and manager before meeting at a happy settlement. Bobby ensured us from the very beginning that he would be able to get us a great deal, and this he did with a couple of add-ons as well. So recognition must be given to Bobby for having inspired us to purchase a Mazda and making our experience in purchasing a second vehicle enjoyable! The only negative part of this experience occurred with the second part of the sale, when it was mentioned that the graduate bonus that we were offered would require the name to appear on the ownership, which would in turn affect the overall cost of the insurance which in the long run would not be in our favor. Therefore, clarification on the requirements of this from the beginning would have been appreciated. As well, it would have been beneficial for the add ons and accessories of the specific model you are purchasing to be viewed either on a model or in a picture before you actually commit to purchasing them. In closing we would like to thank Bobby once again for his time and patience as well as his excellent customer service. As well, we would also like to thank Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda for an overall great experience in the purchasing of a second vehicle. One week after pick up and a proud Mazda 3 owner! More

The experience I had with Mazda Yorkdale was amazing. The individual helping me find the right vehicle for me was Elyass. Not only was he amusing and entertaining but very honest and forth coming with answer individual helping me find the right vehicle for me was Elyass. More than the price of the car I was concerned with the level of service I would receive and the level of service the sales manager Matt and sales rep Elyass and pretty much the entire team including the service team Mike were all very friendly and helpful. I left with a brand new Mazda 3 Sport GS fitting my budget and with all of the gadgets and techs I needed. Even when I had a small concern such as a ride to yorkdale for work while my car was being traded in and picked up, they accommodated. I would definitely recommend Yorkdale Mazda to anyone looking for great service and pretty decent cars. Love my new skyactiv Mazda 3 :) More
I just recently purchased a Mazda 3 Sport from Yorkdale Mazda, and found it to be a very welcoming experience. The Sales Consultant, Akis, was funny and friendly and the Financial Manager, Manpreet, worked Mazda, and found it to be a very welcoming experience. The Sales Consultant, Akis, was funny and friendly and the Financial Manager, Manpreet, worked super hard for us, that I would definitely go back without a second though! There was no pressure from either of them and some very good advice, and they were very patient with us going back and forth between cars before deciding on one! The dealership is clean and fresh looking, and there was plenty of parking. Only thing lacking was a good cup of coffee! Thanks Akis, Manpreet and Yorkdale Mazda! More
Purchasing a vehicle at a dealership for the first time felt nerve racking since I did not know what to expect. The sales associate Aria made this an exceptional experience with helping in a pleasant manner to find my ideal car. Aria took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for in a car. He presented a red Mazda 3 GT (which I immediately fell in love with) and allowed me to take a test drive. Aria was a very enthusiastic salesman who was not "pushy" at all and also offered his values opinion on what to get and not get. Aria actually looks out for the potential buyers interests rather than making a hefty profit. Business manager Tony also was real friendly in his manner for the financing aspect. Yorkdale-Dufferin Mazda has a great team if the other associates are just as customer oriented as Aria and Tony. Thank you! More
I went into Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda is was a Friday not know what time they were opened until and Bobby was at the door when we first walked in. He was kind enough to take the time to have us schedule an appointment for him on the Sunday following to discuss my choice and gave me books with information on both cars. If this were any other dealership most would have just said I'm sorry please come back tomorrow we are closed and would potentially loose out on a sale but YORKDALE DUFFERIN MAZDA WAS NOT like this. I went in on Sunday with all the necessary questions and we did a test drive and a couple of hours later all the paper work was signed. I really like how Bobby took the time to run numbers down with me and all my options available between financing, leasing and the various differences between Mazda 3 and Mazda CX5. Needless to say I knew exactly what I wanted and I chose the MAZDA CX5, I really wanted a bigger car but I didn't want to pay the high price for it nor did I want the expense on the gas for it. Manpreet confirmed all the details for the financial information and eveything was a smooth transaction. I knew I took up a lot of their time but both Bobby and Manpreet were very patient with my decision process and answered all my questions in full detailed so that I could be informed. I pickup the car the following Friday afterwards. During this week I continued to have several questions to which both answered diligently and promtply when they needed to get more info for me. I live very close to another competing dealership and I chose Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda because as soon as I entered inside their friendly attitude and humbleness made me want to make a deal with them because they seemed interested in the customer and ensuring that the decision they made met their needs as opposed to just making a sale and forgetting about the customer afterwards. I love my Mazda CX5, its fuel efficient, sturdy, comfy and style and best of all the upgrades to it were made exactly to my likely with no questions and hesitations asked. The service received after the purchase is just as good. My Driver side mirror is loose and Mazada is going to fix it for me to ensure satisfaction they also even connected my heated seats (a wire was loose) right away after I had called in about the issue all while being very friendly and professional. I would definetly do service with Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda and this car was a fantastic purchase. I choose the leasing option because in the end when I ran numbers the car overall would cost less if I choose to keep it and the extended warranty Mazda offers is phenominal, the services it includes and the value it adds to your car is a definte plus, full bumper bumper coverages with extended perks!!!!
