Stay away as long as Rahul Chopra is there Bought a 2016 Ford F150 on 0% finance for 4years for $50,0000. Friend said he got a great deal with Rahul on a lease. Drive a new F150 for 60,000Kms Bought a 2016 Ford F150 on 0% finance for 4years for $50,0000. Friend said he got a great deal with Rahul on a lease. Drive a new F150 for 60,000Kms and bring it back in 18 months and he will put you in a new one and keep doing it every 18 months. So, I went to see Rahul. Waited 3 hours. Went through the paperwork and he said "yes. yes. yes. yes.". Fast forward 15 months later, and he has been fired for messing around with numbers. So he's no longer there and his other cronies are all fired. The new owners or whoever have said they know about the issues with Rahul but they can't do anything and oh, by the way, they reminded me that I signed a contract! Jeez. I'm in negative equity on the truck, have done 60K kms and so truck is sitting in the driveway while I continue to pay the lease. Will go and see them again in the summer when I can get out of the lease. NEVER EVER EVER deal with these people. Found out that Rahul is at Colony Ford and likely pulling the same cra* there. Stay away from him. More

With the new management, everything has gone down I purchased 2 new vehicles from this dealership and found their service to be excellent. Then they changed management. Since, thier service has been h I purchased 2 new vehicles from this dealership and found their service to be excellent. Then they changed management. Since, thier service has been horrible. 3 week waits for oil changes, over a month for recall items. When I purchased my vehicle it came with free oil changes, I'm not sure but if I were a paying customer, there wouldn't be a three week wait. I WILL NOT be purchasing my next vehicle from these people. More
