Dishonest dealership This dealership did not disclose that our Elantra had been in not one but 2 accidents. We didn't find out until we were going to trade it in. Very dishonest people, starting with the manager and ending with the salesman. Customer service is also terrible at this dealership. Left my car with grease on the driver side floorboard and I had waterspots on the windows and car body. The most unfriendly, unprofessional, deceitful people I have ever met. By the way, this is the first time I have ever felt the need to warn anyone about the experience I have been subjected to. Beware of Woodstock Hyundai, they are a deceitful dealership. Recall work completed Vehicle brought in for recall work at 9am. The only issue I had was when I arrived they said right away that the vehicle needed to be left for the day Vehicle brought in for recall work at 9am. The only issue I had was when I arrived they said right away that the vehicle needed to be left for the day and wouldn’t be ready until late afternoon (it was done at 4pm). The problem with that was I was coming in from out of town and it would have been nice to know that when the appointment was scheduled. I did not ask on the phone when I scheduled the appointment but in the future it would be nice to know when people would have to give up the car for the day. I scheduled the appointment to be early in the day and assumed my car would be ready by 3pm. This caused issues with me not being able to pick up my children from school and I made no prior arrangements. They were unable to provide me with a ride because I lived 30mins away or offer a loaner vehicle. I had to try and find someone to drive 30mins to pick me up and bring me back again otherwise I would of had to sit at the dealership for 7 hours. After buying a brand new vehicle from the Dealership, I thought they could of treated the customer better. I was satisfied with the work and the added car wash they provided. More

The sad truth Went and did a negotiation to buy a car then found out no tire and rim warranty was in the deal when the salesman (Zoran) said it was.
