Easy Process I decided to trade off my 2014 F350 for the new 2015 F150 which better suited my needs due to a change of plans.. I met James at the dealership one snowy evening in early January and worked on the deal. I had dealt with James previously at another dealership so I knew how he treated a customer ...I was unsure how much trade value the dealership would recognize but James assured me he could get it done....James was right and we concluded on a transaction value for the trade and ordered the new F150......which is the best truck Ford has ever made.... What can I say about James...likely the best automobile salesman I have dealt with in the past 30 years ...not a lot of pressure but full of relevant facts about the product....In short James is one of the best and is an asset to Woodridge. Bill was able to narrow down and get me what I required and provided a lot of information I didn't see online as well as several alternatives for me to choose from to ensure I am happy with by decision. The communication was good even when a small hiccup outside of the dealers control delayed the pickup of the vehicle by 1 day. Tian and Alison ensured I had all the extra's covered and were a pleasure to work with. The entire process was very good and I highly recommend Woodridge and Bill for anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

I had been working with Bill Nunn who was very helpful and a great guy, very down to earth and not pushy in the least. Bill was very honest and forthcoming and was there to answer any questions I have either through email or via telephone within the hour. When we explained to Bill that we wanted some extra time to discuss the purchase he was very understanding and accommodating to us. Bridget was also very helpful. She expedited the process for us and we were able to do most of the leg work through telephone and email which suited us as we were very busy at the time but still did not want to wait forever on our new vehicle. I would recommend both of these individuals to anyone looking to purchase a new Ford. More

I really enjoyed this as I didn't feel the excessive pressure one feels when first entering a car dealership. I didn't particularly enjoy my experience with the finance department and will keep this to myself. (Who does enjoy dealing with finance anyway?) If I had to buy another vehicle tomorrow, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Dimitri and his team at Woodridge. Thanks! More
