When I started looking for a 2015 F150 Dimitri spent the time and effort to go through all the features of the new model truck as well as inquired about what I really wanted in the truck. Not being able to locate the exact model I was looking for, Dimitri again took the time and sat down with me to factory order a truck that had everything I wanted and nothing I didn't. I have sent a few of my friends and family to Dimitri over the past couple years and they have all been impressed. I am not one to typically write reviews, but in the case of Dimitri, I wanted to make this exception, cause good people are tough to find. More

My wife test drove the two options we were considering. Even though she didn't pick the Lincoln MKX that i would have preferred, she did pick the new Lincoln MKC which she absolutely loves. We always recommend Dimitri to our friends and anyone else that asks us about any new Lincoln or Ford vehicles. Even to those who are undecided. Our experience was what we like to have when we go vehicle shopping. No pressure and all the questions we have answered quickly and correctly. Excellent dealership AND staff We have found the dealership very helpful in all departments. I had a problem with my prior F350 King Ranch, (which I did not purchase from Woodridge) We have found the dealership very helpful in all departments. I had a problem with my prior F350 King Ranch, (which I did not purchase from Woodridge) and although Ford turned down a warranty policy adjustment Gerry Wood (fellow Scott and dealer principal helped me on the bill). This swayed me on my next vehicle purchase because I was very disapointed with Ford Canada and was really thinking of a competitors product. Jason and Jeff looked after me very well in service, and actually took time to introduce me to Dimitri when I mentioned that I was considering a new unit. From then on we had an excellent relationship with Dimitri. He was very knowlegable about the product, more so than your average sales person. He knew all the enhancements for the new model year and BINGO we ordered a new F350 at a very competitive price. His follow up and after sales contact makes you feel warm and fuzzy about doing business with him in future. More
