At the time we purchased our Lincoln MKX, we currently owned the 2011 MKX, and decided against branching out and buying a different vehicle at a competing dealership, partially because of how much we loved our Lincoln MKX and partially because we were happy with and comfortable buying from the Woodridge dealership. We were well advised, not pushed, from start to finish with both the sales staff and financing departments (Vicky and Andy). They were both very accommodating, friendly, and provided helpful service. We had bought our previous Lincoln in another city four years ago, and are happy to say we would like to return to Woodridge for future purchases as we really have no negative comments to make about our first or second Lincoln MKX or the sales staff we dealt with there. I would suggest Vicky in sales to friends and family interested in buying a Ford or a Lincoln, and I would be happy to deal with Andy to take care of future finances as well. Great service! More
