I have bought 5 or 6 cars from them in the past but had a very poor experience recently. The sales person did not know much about the vehicle. He told me the button you push to open the door reads your finge very poor experience recently. The sales person did not know much about the vehicle. He told me the button you push to open the door reads your fingerprints, it doesn't. Told me there was air conditioned seats, they are not, the "A" stands for automatic. Told me that if you plug it into a normal plug, it doesn't add any charge, that you need a 220 dryer plug set-up. Well I have plugged it into a normal plug since getting it and it is absolutely fine. He also did not keep me in the loop about when to pick it up and my rental was running out of days, since my previous car was written off. They only offered $2000 in negotiations and then days later, I see over $10,000 off in employee discounts. I am very unhappy and will not use them again. It was a bad experience all around. I did not feel like my loyalty was valued at all. I have to say, the finance guy was top notch though. He was lovely to deal with. More

I paid just under $500 less than 2 years ago to fix my AC as I have a temperature sensitive child who will seizure when overheated. Today, the AC is not working again. (The minimum expectation for AC is 3 ye as I have a temperature sensitive child who will seizure when overheated. Today, the AC is not working again. (The minimum expectation for AC is 3 years) I went back to the dealership and asked them to fix the AC properly, and was told that it would be just under $200 for the diagnostic, then whatever cost for any repair, depending on the problem. I was then given a song and dance about how the job was done correctly last time, and be glad it will be such a ‘cheap’ fix, as some newer vehicles cost more than $1500 to have an AC repair done. I have since been in contact with an independent mechanic shop who I asked to quote me based on what Woodridge Ford did with the original repair, and the quote was less than half of what Woodridge Ford charged me. Woodridge Ford has lost me as a customer. If you are not going to stand by your products and workmanship, why would I continue to pay your overinflated prices? They say you get what you pay for? Woodridge Ford is NOT an example of this. I have paid your higher prices thinking that you would have my back if parts or repairs failed, but obviously I was too trusting. More
These guys are bold 2 faced liars. When we walked in, we told them our budget that we had to spend, they agreed to sell us the vehicle for said price. They had confirmed to us 2 separa When we walked in, we told them our budget that we had to spend, they agreed to sell us the vehicle for said price. They had confirmed to us 2 separate times that, with taxes in, they could sell us the vehicle at that price. The Lincoln manager had explained to us that the car would not go on the market until the new car would come in to replace the previous car that we were purchasing, and that it could be potentially be April or May before that time, in which we were prepared to wait. At the time we went to sign the deal, the vehicle now had an extra 3000km on it and they had defaulted on our deal that we had talked about previously, which increased the price by approx 8%. Now that we had waited for the Lincoln, the vehicle that we had looked at before, Hyundai Palasade, had been sold and the wait time for a new one to be shipped was 4-6 months now in which we could not wait. We then looked at other vehicles and the wait time for other new brands, were approx the same wait time as Hyundai, which in turn, forced us to buy the aviator at the 8% over the previously arranged deal. Tyler Nordquist then wrote up the contract and as I was reading it over, he told me to feel free to take a picture of it. As I pulled out my phone to take a picture of the contact, he started yelling at me telling me that I can’t do that until the deal was through and money was in hand, which completely threw me and my wife off as to why he was being so hostile after that’s exactly what he just told me to do. Dimitri Anastasakis is the sales manager who created all this havoc that we went through and screwed us out of, what is pennies to a dealership, but a lot to us. He lied to us on multiple occasions, from the vehicle pricing all the way to the financing rate. They also tried to word it that if we were to finance the vehicle that it would save us the 8% by differing our payments, but as I know, payments differed does not save money, it only adds the payments to the end of our amortization and furthermore, cost us more on interest. In every single aspect of buying this vehicle, they either screwed us or tried to screw us in hopes we would not know what their terminology meant. I will never buy another vehicle that is associated with Dimitri or Woodridge again More
Bought two used cars in under two weeks and couldn't be happier. Greg was awesome, and made the process with the team seamless. He was accommodating and did not pressure us to make a decision.
