16,000 km service Have used this dealer before and staff is courteous and prompt. Car came back washed too. Nissan must build pretty fragile vehicles because over 20+ years of driving (Jeep/Nissan/Mazda/Mazda/Gm) I've NEVER had brake fluid changed as part of regular service and I'm driving exactly how and where I've been going for the last 15 years to have wonky wheels.....will have to keep an eye on this over the next services otherwise I'm going to my trusty indie mech. More

Very bad service So bad service. Even the people working at the service department treat people so bad. Went almost 2 month ago to do a wheel alignment as per their So bad service. Went almost 2 month ago to do a wheel alignment as per their recommendation and then after i drive the car after few days u can hear the sound of tires when you are rotating and also the car pulls to the left i told my wife to call them after but they were saying its road conditions and that the report shows that it was done properly Even when i went for a test drive with the mechanic he was so rude and told me that he has no time to test drive the car and that he is not paid when he sits in the car and test drive it!! I dont recommend at all going there if you need your service that you are paying for it to be done properly in the first time and if you are looking to be treated properly More

Today, I made an appointment for an oil chang My husband and I have always gone to this dealership for our maintenance and oil change appointments. Today, I made an appointment for an oil change for 1:30. Despite living in Burlington, I still chose to go to this location because we trusted their service. Well, today when I did the drop off I was told it was going to take an hour and a half. During this time, I had made arrangements with my mother to watch my toddler while the oil change was being done. But because it was going to take longer than I accepted, I asked if I could get a shuttle to her place. It has now been over two hours and I'm still at my mother's house. I called to follow up at 3:15, and I was told that it was going to take another 30-45 min. This is completely unacceptable because then what was the point of making the appointment?? I now have to end up sitting in rush hour traffic with a hungry toddler. I shouldn't have wasted the time and has to drive down from Burlington with my child if I had known this was going to happen. I don't think we will come back. We will definitely let our friends and family that we had recommended know about this experience today! More
