I received a letter from this woodchester Nissan under the subject of FALL FOR A 2012 EVENT and in particular under my full name, with my qualifying vehicle model as well. we got excited to change our co the subject of FALL FOR A 2012 EVENT and in particular under my full name, with my qualifying vehicle model as well. we got excited to change our coupe 2009 with the new 2012 but in red. i went first day and met with Roman and got quotations which I discussed with my wife and we agreed on it, then we went again the next day to finalize the deal of financing the red altima coupe 2012 and return the leased black altima coupe 2009. That second day, we arrived and after introducing himself to my wife, he mentioned he had a 20 year experience in selling cars. However, his attitude was conmpletely different of what I have seen in the previous day. He did not come to show the cars only gave the keys to 2 different car models while our black altima was inspected. After a while we came back to the showroom, but now all the calculations of an experienced sales man were, according to him, not accurate and the only deal he could offer was a Exterra demo truck 11000 kms and his final words were like either you take it or leave it. What happened to all these numbers from the day before? The willingness of an excellent customer service as shown the previous day. So in brief, I just wasted 2 evenings with a false advertising about this non sense fall for a 2012 event. Compared to the service received from Chrysler in the purchase of a 300 C Chrysler 2011 and Chevrolet with a Camaro 2011, your service does not even deserve a 1 in a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the top. Sorry guys, you gotta make your customer believe in your brand. More
