He always keeps in touch by calling to let you know updates, or letting you know updates when you remain at the dealership waiting for work to be done. I have always taken my vehicle to this service centre for maintenance and will continue to do so, even when I purchase a new vehicle. Horrible Customer Service! Horrible customer service. I went in for maintenance and a 100 point inspection as advertised on their website. However, all I received was an over priced oil change. They said the 100 point inspection advertisement is incorrect and also refused to discount my service. They said there is nothing they will do about it and I could go somewhere else. I had called and confirmed and even confirmed with the staff member before the service. I HAD TO WAIT JUST OVER TWO HOURS JUST FOR AN OIL CHANGE. They told me it would take an hour when I booked my appointment. More
