Irresponsible dealership and the staff at service department has no customer services skills and constantly made up lies to cover their mistake. It was the worst experience I had from any Toyota in Canada and the fact they badmouthed other dealerships is a warning to all. Went for an oil change and winter wheel bolt on. 2 1/2 hours later I paid and went to my car to discover they put the summer lug nuts on my winter wheels. Another 1/2 hour to rectify that. When I 2 1/2 hours later I paid and went to my car to discover they put the summer lug nuts on my winter wheels. Another 1/2 hour to rectify that. When I got home I realized they didn’t even check or adjust tire pressure in the winters they put on. I had repaired a screw in one tire and lost some air in the process, but figured they’d fill it when I was having it out on. Tire had 17lbs. Of air in it and they let me drive away like that. I Bought a 12 volt DC pump and adjusted all tires…holding fine now at equal pressure in all. Will never go back to this dealership after paying a lot of money for the worst service I’ve ever had in my life, including the fact that safety was compromised considering the condition of the vehicle they let me drive away in.
