Having dealt in the past with WWH, I knew Jim Galloway, but also had a long friendship with Jeff Dawson. He listened to my needs and steered me towards the car I purchased. He was responsive to what I wanted in terms of price and features, and arranged for the minor modifications I wanted to the car I purchased. Jasmine Siemens also guided me through the purchase procedure more than capably, and I have to say, very quickly. I was also smiled at, or greeted by, every employee in the dealership as I made my way through. Overall, an absolute excellent experience. As a business owner, I am always looking to create long term relationships with business. Being treated well means I am more likely to spend my business dollars here again, and in a smaller community like Prince George, word of mouth goes the distance. This is not a small feat in downtown Prince George, and I quickly realized that I needed a smaller car. I was looking for a used CR-v with low mileage. They had a 2009 CR-v on the Wood Wheaton Honda lot that was perfect. I got a price on the car that I was comfortable with and both Young Nam and Ben Parker were fantastic. I felt like I was treated with respect and valued as a customer. I have had bad experiences in the past with car dealerships, so this was a very welcome change. Everyone I encountered was friendly, and everyone was smiling. There were no "bad vibes" (sorry; old hippie lingo), that you sometimes pick up in a work environment. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. The lace of high pressure sales was a relief, as I am still emotionally raw from the loss of my husband. As an added bonus, I love my Honda CR-v. Kudos to everyone at this dealership! More
