Well worth the drive from Alberta. I've lived in different cities in Alberta for the last 15 years, but have always come back to Wood Wheaton to purchase vehicles. (Little known fact, as an Alberta resident I don't have to pay PST.) The service is absolutely what brings me back each and every time. I needed to purchase a vehicle because my last truck was stolen. Even before we discussed purchasing, Harry and Nick bent over backwards to get service records, sales specs and quotes which made my dealings with my insurance company go very smoothly. When it came time to purchase my replacement vehicle both Nick and Harry provided details about vehicles, answered questions and helped me ensure I had everything I needed before I made the trip to Prince George. While here, Nick ensured that all the requested vehicles were ready and I was able to test drive vehicles all afternoon until I found the one I wanted to purchase. Being from out of town, I had a short window in which to buy, and everyone at the dealership (Including the the New Car Sales Manager, Mark Chester) bent over backwards to ensure that my truck was ready, the added accessories were on and I was on the road and able to return to Alberta that day. During the day I was given a courtesy vehicle so that I could run errands. Harry was phenomenal, making sure little things, like the financing came at the lowest rate from the same institution I used regularly. He ran countless numbers for me, ensuring that I was able to select the plan and term that worked best for my family and me. Even after arriving back in Alberta, I received a message from both Harry and Nick checking in to ensure I arrived home safely and that all was good with my new truck. I would not hesitate in buying another vehicle from this team and would recommend them to anyone I know in the market. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. More
