This is our sixth purchase from Lonnie and his professionalism, expertise, and his commitment to meeting and/or exceeding our expectations is always a priority. He goes above and beyond to provide excellence in customer service, he is receptive and respectful of our needs. At no time do we feel pressured to make choices or decisions about our purchase. Not only does Lonnie make the sale but he provides the customer with follow-up calls, texts, and/or email. Just one more way to say Lonnie goes above and beyond in providing excellence in customer service. I would also commend the dealership staff, everyone makes you feel welcome and appreciated. You feel valued by each and everyone of the company representatives right from the service department, to financing, to the individual sales staff you meet as you visit the dealership. excellent service I was shopping around for a new vehicle for quite some time. Visitied all the dealers around town and i finally decided to go with a vehicle from wood I was shopping around for a new vehicle for quite some time. He was a very nice professional guy who helped me out very well without being pushy like salesman tend to do. Also the finance manager Jasmine really worked with the banks and myself to get an approval for the loan. Other dealers made me feel pressured with constant phone calls and deals to try to keep me in the store while the people at wood wheaton gave me all the time i needed to help me make my decision without being hounded every hour about it. They ecen helped me get the truck i wanted by giving me nore money then what my car was worth just ao the bank would approve me.
