Anyway, Ted and Harry at Wood Wheaton are basically my new favourite people. Incredible buying experience, extremely helpful and I got exactly what I wanted. At no point was anything unclear to me or seem at all unfair. Both Ted and Harry stayed well after closing time to work with me and made sure every possible aspect was covered. A new car and a new adventure I had driven to wood wheaton supercentre to look at a car I was interested in (2013 Hyaundi Elantra) when I was greeted by Ted Spitzig. He was very he I had driven to wood wheaton supercentre to look at a car I was interested in (2013 Hyaundi Elantra) when I was greeted by Ted Spitzig. He was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to things about the car. He got the keys and I took it for a test drive(rather my dad did as it is standard and i had only driven standard a few times). I thought for a day or so about the car and later on decided it was the one for me! Ted was wonderful throughout the whole process as the car was a trade in and had 2 things that stood out needing to be fixed: the first it needed hubcaps and the second the touch screen light was dim making it difficult to see! Ted set up appointments that worked with my schedule and the minor problems were fixed promptly! We got all the paperwork in order and Shauna Allan helped me through the financial portion giving me my options in a way that made sense! I also dealt with Harry when Shauna was away and he was very helpful as well for the financial portion. When I picked up my car it was detailed inside and out, I was given a free oil change card and a tour of the service department. This dealership is very warm and welcoming, I want to thank them for helping me through this fun and exciting experience. I have had the car for a few weeks now and I love driving it, it's a blast!
