We recommended Ryan 100% Ryan was very helpful, went through everything we should know when my husband and I went in to get our first vehicle. We didn’t feel pressured to buy Ryan was very helpful, went through everything we should know when my husband and I went in to get our first vehicle. We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and we’re happy with the detail and service provided. Ryan was sure to go through everything we should know including some things we didn’t even know we needed to know. Levi was also very helpful with the financing and seemed to really have our best interest at heart. He also helped us with insurance which was a nice surprise. Both ryan and Levi came in on their day of to finish up with us and make sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to get our second vehicle and will be dealing with these guys in the further for sure. More

Troubling experience Hi, i bought a 2015 Sierra and ive had massive issues with the service dept in PRINCE GEORGE.My sierra has seen the service department 4 times. I had Hi, i bought a 2015 Sierra and ive had massive issues with the service dept in PRINCE GEORGE.My sierra has seen the service department 4 times. I had to bring it in for a flat once and it was sent back to me with a broken sensor on the left tire. The dash in front of my wheel has warped and ive asked 2 times if it could be replaced or fixed. Still no luck. Lastly ive had a clunk when i get into my truck when cold. It has been happening for two years and it has been in two times with no answers. The one day i dropped it off it was left outside all day and wasnt even looked at until i asked if the manager could come outside with me and listen. He heard the clunk and looked at me with a blank stare. We had a huge screaming match with the service manager and he told us his truck does the same thing and that ALL 2015 have this issue. I find that really hard to believe, how would they sell a truck in the winter if they had this happening in every model. I tried today to talk to my salesman as a last ditch but in the end he tried to sell me the same model and trim for more expensive payments and id have to refinance it again. More
