I have been looking at different dealer vehicles and have not returned because I felt Wanted to comment on my experience of purchasing a new vehicle. My experience at Wood Wheaton was different where Matt the salesperson was supportive in the following ways: • Friendly, patient and personable approach. • Actively listened to my particular interests and needs in what I needed in a different vehicle. I am a low tech person who wanted the basic bells and whistles and he was responsive to what I wanted rather than trying to upsell . • He was very knowledge about the different aspects on the vehicle and explained it a couple of times if necessary . • Allowed me time to think about my decision with no pressure . • Was thorough in orientating me to all of the features i.e. telephone use, brakes, etc. before I left the site. Same day trade We were looking into trading in our Dodge truck for a 2018 Chevy Equinox. We inquired online and Ron St. Clair answered our questions every step of the way. We live out of town and told Ron that if we were coming to Prince George we wanted a no shenanigans type of day and wanted to take our new SUV home that day. Ron assured us he could make it happen and he did. We were respected through our entire purchase/trade. Once we had finalized the deal with Ron he handed us over to Cyril Fowlie who assisted us with the finance portion of the day. We had several laughs through out the day and never once felt like we were be rushed beyond our own time limits. We even ended our day with a couple Chevy hats to finish the deal. I would highly recommend this dealership and their two men to any of my friends or family looking to purchase a car. More
