My Pretty Blue ZR2 I originally ordered a 2018 blue Colorado ZR2 from the factory back in May as none were available at surrounding dealerships. 8 weeks later, found ou I originally ordered a 2018 blue Colorado ZR2 from the factory back in May as none were available at surrounding dealerships. 8 weeks later, found out that we were cut from the list and the dealership had to look around for something similar. We weren’t too happy that GM corporate took so long to inform the dealership and then us. This was the only issue that prevents me from giving a higher rating. Eventually they found something similar and dropped the interest rate so we could meet the originally agreed upon monthly payments. They also ordered in the packages I originally requested in the factory order and installed them at no additional cost. Through out this experience our sales associate has been very helpful, answered any questions I’ve had, and has done his best to ensure I got what I requested and that I left the dealership happy. Kudos to Matt and Harry!! More
