Service advisor was accommodating. Showed up early for my appointment hoping to get done earlier incase there was a cancellation. Vehicle was taken in right away. The service staff ignored me when I walked in the door and were very condescending in their attitude, especially towards women. They were friendly and very helpful. As far as the video you sent to us, there is no indication that it was my car. We saw video of the underside of a car and cabin air filters, but how do I know whose car they belong to? As a result, we won't be going back to Wolf Mazda for anything again. More

AFTER price was settled on both the sales manager and general sales manager tried to tell us there were extra fees. A rep from dealership apologized profusely when I complained in writing. We also discovered they advertised that our new car had a feature which it actually doesn’t, the safety braking feature, so it doesn’t qualify for 10% ICBC deduction as they said it would. Very poor behaviour. Beware! We only consummated deal because the car they had was hard to get: 2021 MX-5. More
