Service is not transparent. I Have a prepaid service deal from back in 2016 and it wasn‘t honored. I had to pay upfront. No one from the dealership called to follow up. After some 8 months I called service to book a Brake service appt and was not treated right. Advisor went on saying I have not done a comprehensive service since 2021 which is not true. They have done all required service and at times over charged. I asked to speak to a Manager and never went through. I called the manager direct but no answer. I dont recommend this dealer and people please check the service required vs whats being sold. More

I would highly recommend if you’re looking to purchase a new or used vehicle go down to Langley Mazda and See Nick you will be happy you did😀 Nick was knowledgable and sincere when I mentioned my child like the colour blue with big bow, he switched it out no problem very genuine. The service was impeccable. 100/10 Shane was also amazing. We played a nice little round of golf. Followed up to make sure everything went smooth In store and Marjorie was amazing and went through everything step-by-step to make sure that I was comfortable with everything. And made sure I could communicate with her anytime if there was anything I needed The insurance gentleman Nav was great as well. The whole experience the whole team just 100/10 hands down. More

The customer service is always friendly and the quality of work is excellent. They quickly diagnosed my car issue and pinpointed the root cause very effectively and efficiently. Typical sacm of a dealership.
