We went in, hoping to simply see the inside of a CX-50 and have some features demonstrated. The sales person didn't seem to understand the simplicity of our request and wanted to process us as if we were and have some features demonstrated. The sales person didn't seem to understand the simplicity of our request and wanted to process us as if we were going on a full-blown test drive, insisting on getting copies of driver's licences and forms filled out to disclose all of our personal information. When we declined to give all the information, the sales person gave up and made no effort to go further and clarify what we were there to do. There was no attention or care paid by any staff when we obviously left frustrated. We didn't get to learn anything about a CX-50, but we learned that Wolfe's management is more interested in gathering customer leads than educating them. I walked in with minimal expectations, but even those weren't met. Very unprofessional, and very disappointing. I hope that other Mazda stores are better. More
Purchased a used vehicle from Aaron in January 2025. I have bought more than 10 vehicles previously. My experience on the day was excellent. Aaron was helpful, polite and there’s no pressure tactics. Following purchase had an unexpected mechanical issue however through TREVOR the manager, the issue was resolved promptly and with integrity. Any dealership can sell you a car, but when there are problems/concerns that’s when true merit is shown. I appreciate their concern for maintaining healthy customer relations. Would recommend. More

The so-called “mechanic specialist,” Brian, went ahead with unauthorized repairs without my mother’s consent, and when confronted, the staff—including the manager, Mike—tried to gaslight me into believing she had approved them. This dealership operates with zero integrity, prioritizing deception over honest business practices. Instead of taking accountability, they doubled down on their lies, making every excuse possible to justify their fraudulent actions. It’s clear they have no respect for their customers and will exploit anyone who isn’t paying close attention. If you value transparency, honesty, and ethical service, stay far away from Mazda Wolfe Langley. I wouldn’t trust them with a bicycle, let alone a vehicle. More
