I took my vehicle in for a simple diagnostic and warranty job. The whole process turned out to be the service advisor constantly trying up upsell me on things that I didn’t need. I had asked for my parts that they changed to be put in the back of my vehicle to keep for later. They couldn’t even handle those simple instructions cause I had to go back in and get my parts. More
