He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle, and not just what he had available, if he did not know the answer he found it instead of making something up. Jeff applied no pressure and presented a fair deal that was open to negotiation. I got a fair deal and no buyer’s remorse after walking out. When I have to buy another truck I will deal with Western again. More

Excellent Experience We were looking for used Sierra 1500 4x4. Saw an ad on Kijiji from Western for a truck that met our needs. Replied to the ad and Josh responded promp We were looking for used Sierra 1500 4x4. Saw an ad on Kijiji from Western for a truck that met our needs. Replied to the ad and Josh responded promptly with a PDF with all the documents they had on the truck. Met Josh and took it for a test drive the next day. The truck was as advertised and had many extras on it, 3M coating on the front, spray in box liner, under coated that I would have had to have done. Price was fair and we got an honest and well explained/reasoned price for our trade in. No pressure to buy extra warranties, financing or extra services. Picked the truck up a couple of days later and Josh had it ready and waiting when. I got there. Nice no pressure experience. More

I would like to highlight that Karen Adams was extremely friendly and exemplified a very positive sales experience as I was looking to purchase a 2015 Yukon Denali. I am Not very knowledgeable of the mechanical workings of cars they readily agreed to have my sale pending on inspection from my mechanic. this was no problem for the sales staff. my mechanic was able to confirm the same things that their inspectors have said that it was a excellent quality used vehicle. the sales department was very helpful and the financing department was in house and got me a good financing rate at my bank of choice. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Western Pontiac Buick GMC the first one having lasted me over 10 years, That was also a GMC. I will be back for a third vehicle I would recommend this dealership to anybody I felt very comfortable with the entire process. More

Amazing Staff, HIgh Class My family and I knew what we wanted and we did some shopping around. I was not happy with a few of the other Dealerships in the area. If only myself or my girls were looking we never were approached by the other Dealerships. With Western GMC Buick they were fantastic. Jeff Hall was our person and he looked after us 1st class. Jeff was never pushing but wanted to do his best for us. we were all very relaxed and happy to meet with Jeff. Jeff is a fantastic salesman. I will go see Jeff when the time come for a new vehicle again. My girls are also of age and will be looking in the near future give or take 5 years but they already plan on going in to see Jeff. Matthew Winterhalt was our Financial guy and he got us the best deal and was very accommodating to ensure we got all the deals we could get in a very timely and courteous manner. Matthew was a great guy and hopefully he will be there for our girls too! They have an EXCELLENT team!! More
