Recall/Diagnostics Check I was very happy with the service I received at this dealership. When I phoned in regarding my car's recall, the parts were not in yet but Joleen said I was very happy with the service I received at this dealership. When I phoned in regarding my car's recall, the parts were not in yet but Joleen said she would call me when they were in and she did and scheduled my appointment. When I came in Steve took care of my car, working with parts to get additional work that I wanted completed. He also ensured that I knew about the current promotion regarding a diagnostics check which alerted me to a few issues that I was not aware of at the time.
