Used Sales I was looking for a used Ford Escape and a trade-in at Western Buick GMC peaked my interest. I headed over and found the vehicle on the lot and was gr I was looking for a used Ford Escape and a trade-in at Western Buick GMC peaked my interest. I headed over and found the vehicle on the lot and was greeted promptly. I was able to take it for a couple test drives unaccompanied which is huge for me - I didn't feel like I had to make small talk about how great the car is with the sales person poking their head through the seats. I could really relax and get a feel for it. Brian Mahoney helped me all the way through the purchase and was absolutely awesome to deal with. The Sales Manager, Karen Adams, was also fantastic. So many other dealerships I dealt with weren't willing to negotiate. I know that dealerships advertise their fair prices based on the market, but this is car sales. I'm not going to just happily pay your full sticker price without so much as a conversation. Western Buick GMC was the exception to this. They explained their pricing, but were still willing to work with me and I ended up walking away with a great deal and a vehicle I love. I felt comfortable the whole way through and would highly recommend Western Buick GMC for your next vehicle purchase. More

Excellent service I had my vehicle fixed and an issue came up after my initial visit. It’s not often, actually I can’t remember the last time I had the pleasure of dealing with someone of Sue’s calibre and I would be remise in not writing in and conveying my sincere gratitude to a person who takes her job to heart and goes above and beyond to assist a customer.
