I tried it, didn't like it too much but my experience was still good with the salesman. I didn't feel pressured or anything. I had to go back a few days later because I had forgot something in the vehicle I had tried. I saw an other vehicle in the parking lot that was very interesting so the salesman let me try it. When he saw that I was really interested (and not before) he showed me what has been done on the vehicle and so on. I decided to go with it because the price of the vehicle was really good considering all the money they put in it. You could really tell that the customer's satisfaction was their #1 priority, and not their profit. I was very pleased with the whole process and the warm service that I received. More

Exceptional service! I had gone into Western to look at comparables while considering other vehicles at two other dealerships. What I thought I wanted didn't really fit, and Shananne was really helpful in pointing out something that might be better suited, and it was! She was helpful and friendly, and after only being there for a short time and going on a test drive she had provided me with all the financial information I needed to help make my decision. When it came down to decision time, I was much more comfortable dealing with the people at Western. While other dealerships were engaging in shady or high pressure sales tactics, Shananne was right up front with pricing and finance. Everything was crystal clear and made the decision to buy very easy. When I went in to finance to finalize the deal, I'm pleased to say it was a great experience. For me, this has always been the worst part about buying a car. But Ashley made it fun and for the first time I left in my new car feeling like I got the deal I was looking for instead of feeling like I either bought something I didn't want or ended up with a bad rate. The experience was so good, it's almost a tragedy that it's a one time kind of deal, unless I buy another car. More
