I recently took my Cadillac ATS in for an oil change and inspection service as required under warranty. As I wanted to wait for the car during what I expected to be a short appointment, I was required by th inspection service as required under warranty. As I wanted to wait for the car during what I expected to be a short appointment, I was required by the dealer to make a 9 am appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early and was taken right in and it did not appear busy at all. I was not advised how long the appointment would take. At 10:15 I checked with the service advisor how much longer it would take given it was only an oil change. He advised the delay was due to all of the Cadillac required warranty inspections. At 10:45 I was finally advised that the vehicle also required 2 new air filters and I advised them to proceed. After another 30 minutes the vehicle was finally complete and returned to me. One other observation was that the service manager was not following COVID protocols and was walking all over the dealership with his mask on his chin. More
