Dropped off at 7:15am requested vehicle to be available by 2pm. Vehicle was not finished until 5pm. Tires appear to be on wrong way round. Fall 2021 I had the winter tires, which had been in the dealership’s storage, installed. When I returned home, I discovered that one of the rims had been scuffed and required minor paint repairs, which I d dealership’s storage, installed. When I returned home, I discovered that one of the rims had been scuffed and required minor paint repairs, which I did myself. Spring 2022 I had the summer tires, which had also been in the dealership’s storage, installed. On returning home I determined that the wheel dust caps on all wheels were missing. I contacted the service representative regarding this, but to-date have received no reply. I can only hope that my winter tires will come out of storage with no damage or missing parts so that I can take them elsewhere to be installed. More
