I always brought my vehicle to GSL to do the service. I booked the appointment online, I showed up and the service tech said that I did not have the email to confirm the appointment so he can not take me i booked the appointment online, I showed up and the service tech said that I did not have the email to confirm the appointment so he can not take me in even I will leave my vehicle from 7:45 am and will pick up at 2:30 pm . He said he will not have it done by that time and refused to take me in for service. So I left At 9: 00 AM service department called me to see if I can bring my vehicle in? I explained to her that I brought my vehicle in and the service department told me that he could not take me in because I did not have the email or call to confirmed. She said that how it works and hung up on my...... What kind of service is this... Hung up on custumer. When I booked online their system said " it's all set" I will never bring my vehicle back to GSL again More
