Just bought a Rondo--the 6th KIA purchase to date!`` Thank you to the team at Winnipeg KIA for a great experience in buying my Rondo. I accompanied my daughter while she was purchasing her second Rio and Thank you to the team at Winnipeg KIA for a great experience in buying my Rondo. I accompanied my daughter while she was purchasing her second Rio and ended up buying a Rondo! Justin made the initial call that brought me in to look at the Rondo. Vic took me through the sale and is my go-to for questions about my new car. Brandon ran the numbers that helped me decide which Rondo to buy--the black one at a great price. Derek was terrific to deal with--the right numbers came up for the additional items that I wanted to complete the sale and he gave great advice on my purchase. All in all, it was another good experience buying a KIA. Special thanks to Richard in Parts and Krista in Service for the price sheet on winter tires--which I will be buying in the next few weeks. excellent customer service so far Yemi helped me for several hours as I decided between 3 different vehicles, I decided on the Optima Hybrid! I love my new car! He was very attentive, listened to all my concerns, kept in contact with me even after my purchase to make sure my delivery went smoothly! Cam in finance was also very upfront and clear about all the costs and additional coverage/protection packages available and was NOT pushy, just very informative, which I really liked. Other staff were also very friendly and helped me upon delivery. Unfortunately 3 hours after delivery someone did a hit and run on my new car, and Yemi has been so helpful and caring, providing additional advice. I am very happy with the customer service of this dealership so far. I refuse to shop at places that have poor service. I will recommend Kia to family and friends, but keep up the service please. Service sets a place apart from others. Thank you! More
